Mr. Mohammed Al Ali, Head of Real Estate Investments, was appointed to his current role at SNB Capital in March 2026. In this role, he leads the firm’s real estate investment platform across strategy, origination, structuring, execution, and asset management.

Mr. Mohammed has over 20 years of experience across real estate, alternatives, and capital markets. Previously, he served as Head of Product Development & Local Alternatives at SNB Capital, where he built and scaled the firm’s alternatives platform. He led the development, structuring, and launch of public and private investment products across asset classes, including real estate, private equity, and sukuk.

Before joining SNB Capital, Mr. Mohammed held senior regulatory roles at the Capital Market Authority, where he established and led key enforcement and investment funds oversight functions, strengthening market integrity, transparency, and investor protection. He began his career at Samba Financial Group in credit and corporate banking.

Mr. Mohammed holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of San Francisco and is a CFA Charterholder.
