SNB Capital announces the distribution of dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital GCC Growth & Income Fund for the period from May 2025G to August 2025G as follows:

• Total distributed dividends: SAR 2,000,000
• Cash Distributions shall be based on 72,869,741.76 existing units.
• The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.0274 per unit.
• The distribution ratio is 1.14% of the net asset value as of Sunday 08 Rabi' al-Awwal 1447H corresponding to 31 August 2025G.
• Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Sunday 08 Rabi' al-Awwal 1447H corresponding to 31 August 2025G.
• Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind Unitholders to update their investment account information with SNB Capital in order to ensure that their profits are deposited directly in their accounts.
