SNB Capital Company announces the results of SNB Capital Global Equity Fund unitholders’ meeting on 24 Safar 1447H, corresponding to 18 August 2025G, as follows: The meeting was attended by unitholders of the fund collectively representing around 27.65% of the total units. Unitholders of 100% of the fund units represented at the meeting have approved the proposed fundamental change on the fund which includes changing the fund category from an equity fund to a fund of funds that invests in global equity funds. The fund will also be converted into a Shariah-compliant fund. Noting that these changes are subject to the approval of the Capital Market Authority.
