SNB Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SNB Capital Sovereign Sukuk Fund due to the appointment of board member Mr.  Abdulaziz Al Saleh (non-independent) from 21/02/1448H, corresponding to 04/08/2026G.

The formation of the Board of Director, after the change, shall be:

  1. Mr. Ali AlHawas (Chairman/Non-independent)
  2. Mr. Abdulaziz Al Saleh (Non-independent)
  3. Mr. Hamad Alhammad (Independent)
  4. Mr. Naif Al Degaither (Independent)
