SNB Capital Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to AlAhli REIT Fund 12026-07-06 Corresponding to 1448-01-21

• Amend subparagraph (d) of paragraph (5) of the Fund's Terms and Conditions, "Summary of Fund Strategies."

• Add the Managing Director's fees to paragraph (11) of the Fund's Terms and Conditions, "Fees, Service Charges, Commissions, and Management Fees," and wherever else mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.

• Update subparagraphs (a) and (d) of paragraph (14) of the Fund's Terms and Conditions (Members of the Fund's Board of Directors).

• Update subparagraph (a) of paragraph (18) of the Fund's Terms and Conditions (Property Management Companies).

• Update subparagraph (a) of paragraph (19) of the Fund's Terms and Conditions (Auditors).

• Update Appendix (3) of the Fund's Terms and Conditions, "Articles of the Al-Ahli REIT Fund – Special Purpose Establishment."
