SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Al Razeen USD Liquidity Fund for April 2026 G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: USD 33,355.55
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 306,858.75 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is USD 0.1087 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 0.35% of the net asset value as on Thursday 13/11/1447H., corresponding to 30/04/2026G.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register the end of Thursday 13/11/1447H., corresponding to 30/04/2026G.
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days from the maturity date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their investment account information with SNB Capital, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
