SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Al Razeen SAR Liquidity Fund for March 2026G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 2,190,632.03
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 14,990,980.82 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.14613 for each unit.

1. The distribution ratio is 0.42% of the net asset value as on Tuesday 12/10/1447H, corresponding to 31/03/2026G.
2. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register the end of Tuesday 12/10/1447H, corresponding to 31/03/2026G.

4. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days from the maturity date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their investment account information with SNB Capital, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
