SNB Capital Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of the AlAhli REIT Fund (1) for the period from 1 July 2025G to 31 December 2025G as follows:

Total cash distribution is SAR 30,250,000;

The distributions will be based on 137,500,000 existing units;

The distribution amount is SAR 0.220 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 2.20%;

The distribution percentage is 2.16% of the net asset value (based on fair value) of the Fund as of 11 Rajab 1447H corresponding to 31 December 2025G;

The eligibility for dividends shall be for unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Wednesday, 15 April 2026G (end of trading day on Monday, 13 April 2026G).

Distributions shall be paid within 30 business days post eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind entitled Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
