SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Global REITs Fund for the period from July 2025 to December 2025G. as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: USD 230,000.
2. Cash distributions shall be based on 15,882,915.37 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is USD 0.014480 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 1.35% of the net asset value as of Tuesday 10/07/1447H corresponding to 30/12/2025G.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Tuesday 10/07/1447H corresponding to 30/12/2025G.
6. Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days.  

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with SNB Capital to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
