SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to King Saud University Endowment Company, which is the beneficiary of SNB Capital - King Saud University Waqf Fund, for the year 2025G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 325,000
2. Cash distributions shall be based on11,296,582.42  outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.02877 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.46% of the net asset value as of Tuesday 10/07/1447H corresponding to 30/12/2025G.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to the beneficiary shall be on the end of Tuesday 10/07/1447H corresponding to 30/12/2025G.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the beneficiary to update their information with SNB Capital to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
