SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Multi-Asset Income Plus Fund for the period from July 2025G to December 2025G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 2,000,000.
2. Cash distributions shall be based on 117,124,003.02 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.01708 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 1.59% of the net asset value as on Tuesday 10/07/1447H corresponding to 30/12/2025G.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Tuesday 10/07/1447H corresponding to 30/12/2025G.
6. Distributions shall be paid within 7 business days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with SNB Capital to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
