SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Al Ataa Saudi Equity Fund for the period from April 2025 G to October 2025 G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 4,934,963.84
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 9,126,990.64 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.5407 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.50% of the net asset value as on Thursday 08/05/1447H., corresponding to 30/10/2025G
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Thursday 08/05/1447H., corresponding to 30/10/2025G
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days from the maturity date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their investment account information with SNB Capital, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
