SNB Capital Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of non-fundamental changes to SNB Capital Al Ataa Saudi Equity Fund; such change will become effective on 21/03/1448H, corresponding to 03/09/2026G.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

  1. Updating the fund name.
  2. Updating fund summary.
  3. Updating subparagraph (k) in paragraph (3) “Investment Policies and Practices”.
  4. Updating subparagraph (f) in paragraph (4) “The Main Risks of Investing in the Fund”.
  5. Updating subparagraph (f) in paragraph (21) “Fund Manager”.
