SNB Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SNB Capital Sovereign Sukuk Fund due to the resignation of board member Mr.  Naif AlSaif (non-independent) from 23/01/1448H, corresponding to 08/07/2026G.

The formation of the Board of Director, after the change, shall be:

  1. Mr. Ali AlHawas (Chairman/Non-independent)
  2. Mr. Hamad Alhammad (Independent)

            3.Mr. Naif Al Degaither (Independent)
