SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Multi-Asset Income Plus Fund for the period from January 2026G to June 2026G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 2,413,467
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 112,623,802.07 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.02143 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 2.03% of the net asset value as on Monday 14/01/1448H., corresponding to 29/06/2026G.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register the end of Monday 14/01/1448H., corresponding to 29/06/2026G.
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days from the maturity date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their investment account information with SNB Capital, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
