SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Fund of REITs Fund for June 2026 G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 534,343
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 21,866,064.98 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.0244371 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 3% of the net asset value as on Sunday 13/01/1448H., corresponding to 28/06/2026G.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register the end of Sunday 13/01/1448H., corresponding to 28/06/2026G.
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 business days from the maturity date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their investment account information with SNB Capital, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
