SNB Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of SNB Capital Fund of REITs Fund for the period from July 2025G to December 2025G as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends: SAR 650,000.00.
2. Cash distributions shall be based on 22,405,828.77 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.02901 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 3.70% of the net asset value as on Thursday 05 Rajab 1447H corresponding to 25 December 2025G.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Thursday 05 Rajab 1447H corresponding to 25 December 2025G.
6. Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with SNB Capital to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
