SNB Capital Company announces the approval of the Fund's Board of Directors of non-fundamental changes to SNB Capital Europe Index Fund; such change will become effective on 24/02/1447H., corresponding to 18/08/2025G.The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:Updating the Fund's summary.Updating subparagraph (h) in paragraph (11) "Dealings".Updating subparagraph (f) in paragraph (21) "Fund Manager".Updating subparagraph (f) in paragraph (24) "Fund Board".Updating subparagraph (d) in paragraph (25) "Shariah Committee".
